(trading as Henderson Psychology) ACN 606 799 179 (in this Privacy Statement referred to as “Vitalise Psychology” or “we” or “us” or “our”) respects your right to privacy. We are bound by and comply to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) as amended by the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (Cth) (“Amendment Act”) and has adopted a set of principles in its policy which is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles as amended in March 2014 (APPs)

This privacy statement applies to this website which is owned and operated by Vitalise Psychology.

Information about you is collected by Vitalise Psychology by lawful and fair means and will only be used for the purposes of this agreement.
